Hello i had a question about my ssd running in 3gb/s speed. I own a Sony Vaio SA, and the SSD i am using is Crucial M4 256GB SATA III. After installing the ssd, and window 7 pro 64, all updates, i checked in Intel Rapid Storage, and it tells me that my SSD, is operating in 3gb/s speeds, in other words, SATA II speeds.
0 Follow these three steps: Remove all external like battery,power,pendrive etc and press start upto 30-50sec then connect all external and try start press shift+F8 .IF IT not work. Remove or replace ram and try to start system. check if it not work.

Thisis stock bios on laptops. I didnt find any information, mb who has Sony VAIO S-series with this BIOS can make backup of it. My SDD is broken, and it has unusual connector, which also broken.
